WHEN A BORROWER SUBMITS A LOAN TO ACG, WE REVIEW THE UNDERWRITING THOROUGHLY to ensure there are no errors or misrepresentations. We then create underwriting models and a comprehensive loan package for submission to lenders. Once a loan is in process with a lender, we oversee all aspects of the lender’s underwriting and due diligence. Unlike many other mortgage brokers, we consider it a duty to be present at the appraisal inspection, regardless of the property location. By meeting and spending a day with the appraiser we are better able to control the process and mitigate the risk of third party reports jeopardizing desired loan terms.
